Her Story
About Kayla
I specialize in mental health treatment, working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, athletes who experience mental health challenges, and the LGBTQ plus population. I've been licensed for almost a year, and getting licensed has been my most notable professional achievement because it has given me more flexibility in the clients I can reach across the world and has strengthened human connection in general. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in business administration and sports psychology from Texas State in 2019, then completed my master's degree in clinical mental health before passing my state licensing exam. My work is driven by values of compassion, connection, creativity, self-improvement, and adaptability, and I'm focused on supporting my brand so I can do more for the community.
