Kayla Steinke

Kayla Steinke is a professional in the health tech industry, where she focuses on member experience, customer success, and case management. After graduating from Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa with a nursing degree, she practiced briefly as a postpartum nurse before transitioning to tech over three and a half years ago. In her current role, she serves as a case manager connecting members with a network of medical experts from institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, NYU, and Cornell for virtual second opinions, preparing clinical summaries, coordinating medical records, and facilitating video consultations to help members better understand their diagnoses and treatment options. She holds a sales operations and CRM certification from Salesforce, a project management certification, and a connected leadership certification from Yale, and is currently working toward her Salesforce admin certification. Kayla is passionate about making a real impact in people's lives by advocating for better access to care and helping members navigate complex health concerns.
