Kaylan McCoy

Kaylan McCoy has dedicated her professional life to sports administration and marketing since the age of 12. Her work is guided by her faith in God, which inspires her to serve people by helping communities, brands, businesses, and athletes unlock their destiny and bring their visions to life. She enjoys the process of building from blueprint to finished product, a perspective shaped by her father's construction company. McCoy spent almost 10 years at the Boys and Girls Club of the central area, advancing to marketing director under Mr. Hood. She founded LF Athletic Academy, her own youth faith-based organization, and has partnered with nonprofits such as The Carter Foundation in Mississippi, Salvation Army, Hope Village, and Freedom Project. Her mentors include her father, high school marketing teacher Ms. Hill, and Mr. Hood. She serves as leader of the media ministry at New Vision House of God Faith Center. In the male-dominated sports field, she emphasizes assertiveness balanced with kindness.
