About Kaylee

Kaylee Lynn Ayers is a nursing student at Seattle University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an expected graduation in 2028. Kaylee currently serves as Mentorship Officer for her nursing cohort, where she helps recruit and coordinate mentors, strengthen connections between nursing cohorts, and support incoming student leaders. She has also served as a Sophomore Cohort Representative for the Seattle University Student Nursing Association, advocating for her peers and contributing to the broader nursing community.

Alongside her studies, Kaylee has developed meaningful experience in mentorship, community engagement, and leadership. She serves as a Resident Assistant at Seattle University, supporting residents’ well-being and fostering an inclusive campus community, and works as a RAMP Mentor at Washington Middle School, where she helps students develop social and emotional skills. As an Extended Learning Mentor, she provides after-school support to K–5 students while emphasizing whole-person development, communication, and healthy boundaries. Her previous experience as a Customer Service Manager at Juice It Up! further strengthened her skills in team management, communication, inventory, financial responsibility, and customer service.

Passionate about nursing because of her desire to connect with and help others, Kaylee is building a foundation for a career focused on compassionate patient care. She is particularly interested in becoming a pediatric nurse before pursuing advanced education to become a pediatric nurse practitioner. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, she enjoys weightlifting and cooking and volunteers with Everybody Athletics, supporting exercise and social skill development for adults with disabilities. Kaylee is guided by a strong work ethic, clear communication, empathy, initiative, and a commitment to giving back to her community.
