Her Interview

Ten minutes with Kaylee

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

My boss always just tells me to keep pursuing my dreams, to not give up. I watch videos for motivation and observe people at an upper level.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is having to see people take advantage over power and other people who don't have the right strengths to stand up for themselves. Corruption where people want power and do whatever they can even if it's not true and morally correct. Trying to navigate how to work with people like that while still pursuing my dreams.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Having faith, hope, love, and insight are the most important because without that it shapes not only what we do but how we endure, heal, and grow. They provide psychological grounding and inner stability when moments don't feel certain.
