Among the challenges she sees in her field is the ever-changing job landscape and equipping students and new professionals to navigate it effectively. Her guiding career advice is to ensure one is still making a difference, as that aligns with passion, and she encourages young women entering the industry not to wait until they feel ready, noting that growth occurs outside the comfort zone and that it is acceptable to fail forward.
