She is an experienced operations and business management professional with a strong background in operational excellence, team leadership, process improvement, and client account management. She currently works as an Account Manager, Operations at Cushman & Wakefield, where she supports a Fortune 100 account, leads a 50+ person cross-functional team, and drives strategic initiatives, performance metrics, vendor strategy, and change management. She has also served as Director of Operations, General Manager, Experience Services Manager, and Consultant, building operational infrastructure, SOPs, workflows, hiring processes, and training programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Grand Canyon University.
