Her Story

About Kayley

Kayley Aldredge serves as the regional coordinator for the East Texas region of her company, which delivers research-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes, communities, and schools to address behaviors associated with autism and other developmental disabilities. With a bachelor's degree and seven years in the field, including four years as a BCBA after working as an RBT, she manages a team of analysts and therapists while handling insurance collaborations, authorizations, client intake, marketing, and hiring. Kayley is deeply committed to supporting families from the initial diagnosis through service access and has championed initiatives such as the Tyler Run for Autism. In her earlier years, she volunteered extensively with the Boys and Girls Club and supports the Ronald McDonald House Charity, which aided her own family. She advises young professionals to explore all specialties before specializing and attributes her drive and success to her competitive nature, commitment to personal growth, and faith in the Lord's guidance and blessings.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Kayley

01What do you attribute your success to?

I've always been driven and a little bit competitive. I attribute my success to the Lord and the blessings and guidance He's given me. I accept opportunities humbly and focus on personal growth, looking back to see improvement over time.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The best advice is to try it all, try all the specialties and different variations before pigeonholing yourself. Figure out what areas you may be interested in, even some you aren't, because you never know which thing you were actually made to do. I ended up in a career field I thought I would never want to be in and fell in love with it.
