As Assistant Vice President at NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, I lead national initiatives focused on community engagement, early career pathways, and holistic JEDI integration across the profession. My work centers on developing inclusive leadership pipelines and creating meaningful professional experiences for students and emerging professionals.
In addition, as Owner of Keep On Wellness, LLC, I provide counseling services grounded in emotional intelligence, cultural competency, and trauma-informed care.
