She is currently serving as a Senior Associate with LegalShield Associates, providing clients with legal and identity protection services.
Keandrea brings hands-on experience across multiple healthcare and administrative roles. She is a Licensed Phlebotomist with expertise in blood collection and processing, consistently adhering to the highest standards of safety and accuracy. She has also worked as a Home Care Provider, assisting patients with medication, personal care, and daily living needs; a Pharmacy Technician at Rhino Medical Services; and a Quality Specialist at Village MD, where she organized patient charts, managed lab work, and supported Annual Wellness Visits. These experiences have honed her skills in medical documentation, patient care, and administrative operations, allowing her to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The best career advice I’ve received is to always be yourself and be who you are. Staying true to myself has allowed me to navigate my professional journey with authenticity and confidence, making choices that align with my values and vision.

To young women entering the industry, I would say: believe in yourself, give yourself chances and grace, dig deep into your “what,” remember your “why,” and keep going. Your journey is unique, and staying committed to your purpose will guide you through both opportunities and obstacles.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in the industry comes from gaining experience. Each role, each task, and each interaction teaches lessons that strengthen your skillset and deepen your understanding of the field.
