Keeley Haglund

Keeley Haglund is a dynamic finance professional and the President of Monroe Financial, LLC, where she leverages her expertise in financial leadership and data insights to help businesses streamline operations and achieve strategic goals. With a career spanning over 13 years, Keeley has built a diverse portfolio of experience across construction accounting, architecture, non-profit, and for-profit insurance sectors. Her work emphasizes cash flow analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning, allowing clients to focus on their core business while she ensures financial clarity and stability.

Earlier in her career, Keeley made a notable impact in the nonprofit sector, serving as Executive Director of Finance at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Nevada at just 25 years old. She has also held key finance roles in construction and health insurance, specializing in job costing, fund accounting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). In addition to her leadership roles, she runs her own financial consulting firm, offering services that range from accounting and payroll to strategic financial planning for small businesses.

Keeley holds a BSBA in Finance and Economics from Sierra Nevada University and is currently pursuing her MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Western Governors University. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a devoted single mother and enjoys snowboarding and dirt biking. Keeley combines her passion for finance with her commitment to leadership and mentorship, striving to simplify complex financial processes and empower both businesses and individuals to succeed.
