Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the work ethic my parents taught me, my own drive to constantly achieve more, and my resilience. No matter what I’ve faced, I’ve always gotten back up—stronger, smarter, and more determined than before.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

How you do anything is how do you everything. Do it all with excellence.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Step into the rooms that intimidate you, and when you’re invited in, speak with a voice that knows it belongs there. Because it does. Additionally, do not stray away from your purpose just to placate.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field right now revolve around navigating complexity and uncertainty. Businesses face fluctuating cash flow, evolving regulatory requirements, and the need to make strategic decisions with imperfect information. At the same time, these challenges create tremendous opportunities: companies that can effectively manage their finances, streamline operations, and plan strategically have the potential to grow faster and more sustainably than ever before.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The value most important to me in both my work and personal life is integrity. I strive to be honest, ethical, and consistent in everything I do—making sure my actions align with my words and my principles. Whether it’s making tough decisions at work, mentoring others, or managing personal relationships, I believe that being trustworthy and doing the right thing, even when it’s difficult, is the foundation for meaningful success and lasting impact.
