Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never settle—if you’re not fulfilled in a role, it’s okay to pivot. Keep working hard toward what you want, stay curious, and don’t be afraid to take a new direction if it brings you closer to your goals.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is simple: never stop learning. Stay curious, seek out new experiences, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow—and the more you invest in your knowledge and skills, the more confident and capable you’ll become.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in marketing right now is AI. It’s transforming the way we create, distribute, and measure content, opening up incredible possibilities for efficiency and personalization. At the same time, it requires us to stay thoughtful and strategic, ensuring we use these tools to enhance human creativity, not replace it. The key is learning how to leverage AI without losing the authenticity and connection that great marketing is built on.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty and a healthy work-life balance are the values I prioritize most in both my work and personal life. I believe in being transparent, reliable, and true to my word—whether I’m collaborating with a team or building relationships outside of work. At the same time, maintaining balance helps me stay grounded, focused, and able to show up as my best self in everything I do.
