Keerthi Sreenivas

I've been in my field for about 4 years, and I currently work as a Specialist Solutions Architect at AWS in the agent API space, where I've been for about 2 years. My journey started as an infrastructure engineer at Barclays, a London-based bank, before I moved to this more customer-facing position within AWS. On a day-to-day basis, I support AWS products like Agent Core, which are key services driving AI adoption in our customers' organizations. As AI transforms different roles for developers and engineers, I help educate customers on what their change path should look like, work with product teams to take back customer feedback and improve our products, and navigate this unprecedented pace of change as a thought leader for customers trying to understand what good looks like for their organizations. One of my most notable achievements was speaking at AWS re:Invent last year, one of the largest conferences in the tech space that AWS hosts. I conducted a workshop for about 200-plus participants on how to use our tool and what good looks like, with a mix of industry professionals and executives attending. Being selected for this speaker position at re:Invent was a pretty rare opportunity, especially given the time I was in this role and my experience level. My leadership selecting me to go and present at this scale was one of my biggest achievements so far.
