I advise young women entering the industry to put their plans in prayer and maintain daily reflection around major decisions. Be strong, stay true to yourself, and thoroughly research any career change to understand what it will require. Above all, remain grounded in your values and convictions throughout the process.

One of the biggest opportunities in my field is the rapid growth in Wilmington, which creates significant potential for buyers, sellers, and investors alike. At the same time, the real estate market presents challenges, including its natural ups and downs and the time it takes to build recognition and establish a strong local network.
