Keishunna R. Webster is a seasoned litigation attorney at Butler Snow LLP, where she has practiced for over 13 years as a key member of the Tort, Transportation, and Specialized Litigation group. With more than 14 years of experience, Keishunna focuses her practice on defending commercial trucking companies, landowners, and insurers in complex civil litigation. Her work spans catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, negligent security, and bad faith insurance claims. What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you’ll need to put in a lot of focused work upfront, often in a short period, to set the foundation for long-term success and results.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is managing increasingly aggressive plaintiff tactics, as claimants are often emotionally driven, seeking accountability, and may exaggerate claims to inflate case value.
