01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you’ll need to put in a lot of focused work upfront, often in a short period, to set the foundation for long-term success and results.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is managing increasingly aggressive plaintiff tactics, as claimants are often emotionally driven, seeking accountability, and may exaggerate claims to inflate case value.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, honesty, and authenticity are the core values that guide both my professional decisions and personal relationships, ensuring I remain grounded, trustworthy, and true to myself.
