About Kelci
Kelci Graham serves as a Fractional Operations Manager in Antioch, Tennessee, where she assists small business owners in strengthening their operational back ends. With 11 years in the management field, she provides services including paperwork management, hiring support, and the development of standard operating procedures, allowing owners to focus on their core passions. As a high school graduate who built and sold her first business, Kelci draws on personal resilience, having rebuilt after multiple challenges, to guide clients through disorganized operations such as catching up on years of taxes and paperwork. She has maintained a med spa client for five to six months and has been an active member of the Corner to Corner Small Business Association in Nashville, Tennessee, for nearly four years.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
No matter your age, no matter your situation, you can always rebuild. My life has been a series of tower moments that I've constantly rebuilt after, and once I built my first business and sold it, I realized that I could help other people build businesses.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you have the idea to do it, then you're already one foot ahead of other people. So if you have the idea, go with it, go for it, because a lot of people don't even have that part in their brain. So if you have the idea to do it, go for it, and no matter what, just keep going. It will pay off in the end.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Getting into a back end that is very unorganized can sometimes become a challenge because if you don't have the strong back end when you're running your own businesses, your taxes can fall through, a lot of things can start going awry. So getting in one that has maybe five years behind on taxes, three years behind on paperwork, catching up on everything sometimes is the most difficult part.
