Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to surrounding myself with the right mentors and continuously seeking opportunities to grow. I’ve learned the importance of protecting both my “yes” and my “no,” ensuring I dedicate my energy to what truly matters. Maintaining balance in my life is essential, so I prioritize my health through running and exercise, explore new experiences through travel, and nourish my mind by visiting the library weekly and reading engaging nonfiction books.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are guidance, growth, and integrity. My mother was my first mentor, and she instilled in me the importance of learning from others, staying true to my principles, and always striving to improve. I carry these lessons into everything I do, whether it’s in my career, personal development, or relationships.
