About Kelley
Kelley Springer is a spiritual counselor, healer, and founder of Love Wisdom Power – Paths to Wholeness, a transformational education and healing platform based in Talent, Oregon. With more than 33 years of experience in spiritual counseling, ceremonial leadership, and intuitive healing, she guides individuals and groups through deep inner work focused on ancestral healing, emotional integration, and embodied spiritual awareness. Her signature method, The Song of Returning Inner Journey, supports clients in reconnecting with their authentic self through trauma-informed practices that emphasize wholeness, resilience, and self-discovery.
Through her programs, teachings, and ceremonial work—including the Temples of Light Journey and the White Rose Sanctuary—Kelley supports people in developing inner mastery and reclaiming their personal power. She also serves in leadership roles with organizations such as the Global Grandmothers Council Network and contributes to international gatherings focused on women’s leadership, healing, and cultural storytelling. Her work blends spiritual education, mentorship, and community-building, with a strong emphasis on helping others step into aligned purpose and sovereign leadership.
In addition to her healing practice, Kelley is an author, speaker, and mentor who actively participates in global initiatives such as the International Women’s Day Conference, where she serves as a sector leader for Performing Arts and Culture. She is also involved in creating educational programs and training pathways for emerging healers, expanding her mission from one-on-one work into broader legacy-building initiatives. Across all her roles, Kelley’s focus remains on guiding others toward self-awareness, emotional healing, and a deeper connection to their inner wisdom.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Kelley
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a deep spiritual awakening, working through personal trauma, guidance from elders and teachers, and many years of sustained dedication to my healing and spiritual practice.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from elders like Lois Bluebird, who taught me not to misuse power and to hold spiritual gifts with integrity, humility, groundedness, and respect, along with mentorship from Sage Levine that helped me step confidently into a global voice.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to honor both their own path and the paths of others, listen deeply from the heart, remain open to learning and growth, and hold their gifts with integrity, humility, and respect.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I'm currently navigating a significant transition in my work, moving from being a private healer to developing an education program and passing on my legacy. This shift has created both challenges and opportunities. The challenge has been that cultivating this education program has slowed down my income over the last three to six months, as I've invested time and resources into building this foundation. My coffers have gone empty during this period. However, I'm anticipating that the flow will change rapidly in the next month as I launch this new phase. This transition represents an opportunity to expand my impact beyond one-on-one healing work and step into larger leadership and teaching roles, even though that shift has required me to stretch beyond my comfort zone.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are honoring others’ paths, practicing cultural respect, and committing to continuous personal growth, even as I navigate the challenges of transitioning from private healing work into broader leadership roles.
