Her Interview

Ten minutes with Kelli

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the Lord, but also my family, but especially my mother, because my mother was that one who always spoke life into me.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Best career advice is to always be yourself and never let anyone else try to make you something that you're not. You have to be confident in yourself.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Really know what it is you want to do in education. Take your time to gain experience and learn. Have mentors for every different phase of your life. Do more listening than talking, and take notes.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The Lord and my family. Without your family supporting you, it means nothing.
