Ten minutes with Kelli

01What do you attribute your success to?

My heart for the people that I work with. I have the servant's heart. I want to help people feel better. I want people to feel cared about and I really want to empower women.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't forget the human aspect of things. Take time to care. Be a team player. Go as far as you can with your education because the more education you get the fuller your toolkit is.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges include time constraints leading to patients being herded through like cattle losing personal connection. Opportunities include medical advancements and modern software like EMRs that streamline scheduling and payments but caution against losing human touch with AI.
