About Kelli
Kelli Martin is a digital marketing professional and the Founder of Golden Touch Media, her own agency launched in 2026. She has worked full-time in digital marketing for four to five years, having started in 2022 after developing an interest in the field during college at Eckerd College in Florida, where she initially pursued journalism. Martin serves as co-chair of the Best Prep Emerging Leadership Alliance, a Minnesota nonprofit supporting high school students with career readiness and financial literacy, and recently joined the associate board of ACES (Athletes and Colleges Educating Students). She emphasizes adaptability to AI and social media trends while encouraging professionals to incorporate their unique voice and humor into their work.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think for women that want to get into marketing, I would say be adaptable to the rise of AI and all of these social media trends that are just coming out constantly. You always need to be aware and locked into what's performing really well. But also, don't be afraid to do the unexpected and add your unique voice and unique perspective into something. I think for me, using humor and just putting my own unique voice into everything that I work on has really helped me be successful.
