Kelli Turner

Kelli Turner is a manufacturing professional with 10 years of experience in quality and production control. She began her career as an HR admin and transitioned into production control by learning through labor tickets. In 2020, Turner completed the APEX CPIM program while her company implemented AS9100D, during which she earned an internal auditing certificate and an AS9100D certificate along with Apex coursework. She previously served as manager of production control, production, and HR for a CNC machining operation for five years. In her current role, she has expanded her expertise to include fabrication, welding, assembly, and participation in a powder coat installation. Turner focuses on quality management systems and process improvement, including ERP conversions from databases to cloud-based systems. She holds a high school diploma and credits her success to her mentors and family, who encouraged her drive to advance. Outside of work, she supports the ALS Foundation, having raised approximately $40,000 in memory of her aunt.
