Her Interview
Ten minutes with Kelli
01What do you attribute your success to?
My biggest accomplishment is my investment in people. I am proud to see the individuals that I have mentored and invested in grow and accomplish things, whether internal or external. I care about teaching people how to survive and navigate life comfortably, not just KPIs. I am a presence and a force that helps people become impactful leaders in their communities.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If I had to give advice to my younger self, I would tell my younger self never look to your left, always look ahead. You want to make sure that you stay grounded in facts, communicate with candor and respect, and focus on what you can see because what you can see is what you can control.
