What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a kind of fearlessness rooted in perspective—knowing when the stakes are truly high and when they’re not, and letting that clarity give me the confidence to take risks, have fun, and lead boldly when the consequences are manageable.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: be unapologetically yourself—your perspective, voice, and presence are not only valid, they’re needed.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me are leadership, clear communication, education, and empowerment—paired with the discernment to know when to be fearless and when to be thoughtful. Being a mom, a board member for children’s theatre, and a lifelong lover of movies and books keeps me grounded in curiosity, creativity, and purpose.
