Her Interview
Ten minutes with Kellie
01What do you attribute your success to?
Education and practice. I'm very big on constantly learning, webinars, social media, staying up to date with trends, being in the know with all of the current data coming out. Just staying up-to-date with everything, but also learning new software that comes out and then practicing how to do all the new things.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find some sort of mental health resources for yourself, some kind of coping mechanism. Pick a mentor that you want to become or surpass one day and pick them early. Choose a company based on employees and the culture, not the prestige. And never stop learning.
