What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to maintain open and honest communication with everyone. Being transparent and clear in my interactions has helped me build trust, foster strong relationships, and navigate challenges more effectively. I’ve found that when people know where you stand and feel heard, collaboration becomes more meaningful and opportunities for growth naturally follow.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to keep your head held high, trust in your knowledge, and never hesitate to ask questions. Confidence in your abilities combined with a willingness to learn from others will help you navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Remember, curiosity and perseverance are key to growth and long-term success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is having the knowledge and skills needed to advance. Staying informed and continuously learning allows you to adapt to changes, take on new responsibilities, and position yourself for growth.
