01What do you attribute your success to?

Being genuine. Thinking of others. Relationship focus, also, grit. Being solution-oriented, having compassion for others, and whenever you have a problem, and understanding what's going on on their side, so that we can find a solution.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Trust but verify. Always look for the win-win. Solution-oriented. Embrace change. In coffee, coffee changes every day.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Approaching life through a partnership lens of how you can always lift the other person you're working with, in a way, or impact them, so that they can have a better quality of life. Having an understanding of where they're coming from is super important. Because then you can solve things easier. Everything should be a win-win.

Integrity. Truthful. Approaching business and family in a mindful way of partnership and sponsorship. Whether buying coffee, roasting, or working with team, approach as partnerships.
