She is an event planning, real estate, marketing, and graphic design professional with experience in community events, vendor coordination, fundraising, airport events, visual communication, and education support. She currently works as an Event Planner for Montville Township, a Real Estate Agent with Russell Real Estate Services, and an Event Coordinator for Cold Stream Air Service. She also supports marketing and graphic design for Luke Engineering & Anodizing Co. and works as a Substitute Teacher in Medina County.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My husband has been my biggest supporter and taught me that the best investment you can make is in yourself.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Show up early is to show up on time. To show up on time is to show up late. To show up late is unacceptable.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Persistence. Don't give up.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Getting volunteers to help with running big events after COVID, as people don't want to get out of their houses.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and transparency are the most important qualities a person can have. Without those, you may get so far but eventually lose trust.
