About Kelly
Kelly Ann Garnett, M.A., is a Dating Coach, Certified Love Attraction Coach, Speaker, Author, and Founder, where she helps women navigate the journey of finding love after significant relationship transitions. Based in California, Kelly brings more than 11 years of experience in the coaching industry, supporting women who have experienced divorce, loss, or the end of meaningful relationships as they heal, rebuild confidence, and approach dating with greater self-awareness and joy. Before dedicating her career to relationship coaching, Kelly spent 21 years as an elementary school educator, developing a strong foundation in communication, mentorship, and personal growth. She holds a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, along with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from San Diego State University and National University. Kelly combines her educational background, coaching expertise, and spiritual psychology training to help clients develop self-love, create healthy relationship patterns, and build authentic connections. In addition to coaching, Kelly shares her insights through free masterclasses, Instagram content, and her YouTube show, All Things Love, where she interviews coaches and experts on various aspects of love and relationships. She is currently writing a book and remains active in professional and community organizations, including the Connect for Success mastermind, Women’s Wisdom networking group, and support of the Kids for Peace nonprofit. 01What do you attribute your success to?
She attributes her success to her journey from working with women healing from relationship endings to becoming a love attraction coach after shifting her focus toward helping people find love. She shared how she used online dating apps to find her current partner and now offers free monthly masterclasses to help make dating more enjoyable. Kelly is also working on writing a book and maintaining her website.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
She had an excellent mentors Catherine Alice and Ron and her journey in addition to her charity work, and educational background along with her involvement in two women's networking groups called Connect for Success and Womens Wisdom, and her certification as a kindness-certified company supporting the Kids for Peace nonprofit. Her educational background, including a Master's in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and 21 years as an elementary teacher, with undergraduate studies at San Diego State and National University.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to remain resilient, stay true to their values, and never give up on the power of love. Building a successful career requires dedication, perseverance, and the ability to navigate challenges with confidence and grace. I encourage women to lead with compassion, embrace opportunities for growth, and remember that meaningful relationships, passion, and purpose are essential parts of long-term success.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
As a business owner for a little over a year, I have learned that one of the biggest challenges is navigating the many responsibilities that come with building and growing a business while continuing to adapt and learn along the way. At the same time, this journey has created incredible opportunities to develop new skills, build meaningful relationships, and create a strong foundation for long-term success. I believe that staying resilient, embracing change, and remaining committed to continuous growth are essential for overcoming challenges and taking advantage of new opportunities.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are compassion, authenticity, and the ability to truly make a positive impact on others. As a love coach, I am passionate about helping people build meaningful relationships by encouraging self-love, confidence, and maintaining a positive mindset throughout their journey. Through creating Instagram reels and hosting my YouTube show, All Things Love, where I interview coaches and experts about different aspects of love, I strive to provide valuable insights and support to those seeking deeper connections. One of my greatest achievements has been helping multiple clients find fulfilling relationships, with some going on to get married, as well as publishing my book and launching my YouTube channel within the past year. These experiences reflect my commitment to serving others and inspiring people to create more loving, authentic lives.
