01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Put on your blinders and focus on your own goals and values rather than social comparison. Develop self-efficacy and believe you can achieve your goals. View stress as a challenge and part of life's process rather than seeking quick fixes. Focus on internal values that cannot be taken away instead of external ones like titles or possessions. Learn skills like focusing on what you can control.
