Don't let anyone crush your dreams, or tell you who you are. Believe in the person you know you are.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In an era where AI is fundamentally redefining the professional landscape, I haven’t just watched the change—I’ve helped architect it. Having spent the last three years training Large Language Models (LLMs) since their inception, I recognized early on that the traditional world of Recruiting was evolving. By successfully automating my own workflows, I didn't just end a chapter; I opened a new one. Today, I leverage my deep expertise in AI to bridge the gap between human talent and machine intelligence, shaping the next generation of work.
