Kelly LeLeaux, BSRT, RT(R)(CT)(MR)

Kelly LeLeaux, BSRT, RT(R)(CT)(MR), is an accomplished diagnostic imaging professional and MRI Technologist at Keesler Medical Center, 81st Medical Group, in Biloxi, Mississippi. With more than two decades of experience in the radiologic technology field, Kelly has built a career centered on advanced medical imaging, patient safety, technical precision, and compassionate patient care. She began her professional journey in 2001 after completing her radiologic technology education at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Over the course of her career, she has expanded her expertise across multiple imaging specialties and earned credentials through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in radiography, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance. Her experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of diagnostic imaging and the importance of accuracy, attention to detail, and patient-centered service in a clinical environment.

Since February 2020, Kelly has served as an MRI Technologist with Keesler Medical Center, where she applies her advanced knowledge of magnetic resonance imaging to support diagnostic services and patient care. Prior to joining Keesler, she spent nearly three years with Ochsner Health in New Orleans as an RT(R), CT(R), and MR(R) technologist, further developing her capabilities across multiple imaging modalities. Earlier in her career, Kelly spent more than 12 years with Singing River Health System in Ocean Springs, where she worked as a CT Technologist and RT(R), CT(R). Her extensive clinical background is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Radiology Management from the University of South Alabama, which she earned in 2015. This combination of hands-on clinical experience, advanced imaging credentials, and management education has enabled Kelly to approach her profession with both technical expertise and a broader understanding of healthcare operations.

Kelly describes herself as highly detail-oriented and committed to getting things right, qualities that have become important strengths throughout her career in diagnostic imaging. She believes that providing excellent patient care requires not only technical knowledge but also attentiveness, professionalism, communication, and a willingness to continually learn. She encourages young women entering the healthcare industry to believe in themselves, remain curious, ask questions, and have the confidence to speak up. Outside of her professional work, Kelly remains actively involved in her community and church. She served as secretary for a local girls' softball league for three years and contributes to her church as both a youth group leader and women's small-group leader. Through her professional dedication, community involvement, and commitment to encouraging others, Kelly reflects a career grounded in service, continuous development, and meaningful connections with the people she supports.
