About Kelly
She is an operations, business development, and entrepreneurship professional with experience in sales leadership, company ownership, executive management, and nonprofit/family attraction operations. She currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Business Development at SNEVEL Technologies LLC and also owns The Gourmet Mama. She is CEO of Lyoness Enterprises and previously held sales and business development leadership roles at Kokua Technologies. She also served as Executive Director of Paws Discovery Farm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology/English from Saint Joseph’s University.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I do think it's intrinsic, and the whole like tends towards chaos thing is real. So I always feel the need to do more and be more. I have a tendency to chase shiny objects. I'm a creator by nature so anything that I can get my hands in and help create I want to do that. My therapist would tell you that my father never I never thought I was good enough so I just kept trying.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Try it. Nothing is permanent. If for some reason it doesn't work with you you can always move on to something else. But if you have an opportunity and somebody sees something in you maybe you don't see then that's the opportunity. Young women in the field now need mentoring they need human mentoring because they've been very saturated into technology and human connection. You really need to get good at working with people.
