Kelly Pence

Kelly Pence is a seasoned finance and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience in billing, collections, credit management, and shared services. She currently serves as Senior Billing & Collections Manager at Colibri Group, where she leads teams responsible for billing operations, collections, cash applications, and accounts receivable processes. With a strong background in financial management, Pence is recognized for improving cash flow, reducing A/R risk, and implementing scalable processes that support organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Pence has held leadership roles across multiple industries, including education, retail, and manufacturing services. She has successfully managed large-scale credit and collections portfolios, led ERP and financial system transitions, developed shared service teams, and driven process improvement initiatives. Her expertise includes accounts receivable strategy, credit risk assessment, dispute resolution, contract administration, compliance, and operational optimization, with a focus on building high-performing teams through coaching and collaboration.

Pence holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Saint Louis University and has developed deep expertise in financial reporting, GAAP principles, risk mitigation, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
