I attribute my success to my perseverance and stick-to-itiveness. I was also fortunate to have an exceptional mentor, in Insurance who provided invaluable encouragement and support during my second year with the company.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering entrepreneurial or sales roles is to be brave and confident in pursuing your goals. Focus on building a strong foundation by putting in consistent effort and paying close attention to the numbers—because in sales it is the quantity of people you contact until you find the quality contacts to do business with, this is how you build a network and book of business….they tell the real story of your business and your growth. Persistence and preparation will always set you apart.
