I would say I've always been driven. And, setting goals. So, I would say that is probably, the force in me personally that has really helped my Career in, helps me get to where I am today. The best career advice I've ever received is ask questions. You gotta ask questions.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If anyone was beginning or thinking about this industry, I would definitely Recommend them to go mentor with an experienced agent. That's something I didn't do, and that's something that I wish I would have done, because it just made it a little bit harder in the beginning to, become successful, but that is one thing that I would highly recommend, is to go mentor for, An agent who's got the experience.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I would say the biggest challenges are, the fact that Those that aren't in my field, Just because, They have access to so much. They Feel they know it. When, in fact, they're not in the trenches daily. So, that probably is the biggest challenge right now, when you have somebody who just feels they already know all of it, even though this isn't their profession.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Well, first of all, I value health. I think it's, very important, especially in this day and age, to, Really take care of yourself, both, physically and mentally. Because I don't think we would be able to, evolve if we didn't have our health. So, I do value my health. And, you know, having people around me who I've either lost or, you know, have fallen to illnesses. That's a big one I value. I'm a big believer in family first. So, even when, you know, work can get a little crazy, you always have to prioritize, and so, family is, to me, a very important. And, then I do I mean, I love my job, I love my clients, and I'm kind of an A-type personality, where I want everything to be perfect, and sometimes I need to step back from that and not let it get the best of me. But I do like to deliver, the exceptional, work that my clients deserve.
