01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you are scared of change this might not be the right thing for you. If you are open and willing to constantly learn something search for something that is attainable for you to learn and look past any glass ceiling. This is an amazing industry to be in because there are always ways that you can help people you can change people's lives through their vision. As long as you are willing to flow through the changes it's a fantastic industry to be in. I would jump in with both feet and go along for the ride.
