She is a dietary management, food service leadership, culinary instruction, and hospitality operations professional with experience in staff training, budgeting, IDDSI food preparation, QAPI audits, clinical nutrition coordination, food safety, sanitation, menu planning, recipe development, SOP creation, and catering operations. She currently serves as Certified Dietary Manager and Dietary Director at Fair Oaks Healthcare Center. Her background includes general management with Bredwell, chef instruction at Harper College and College of Lake County, and business ownership through Kelly Jean Baked Goods.
