Ten minutes with Kelly
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having a strong family background and a supportive network of friends and family. I have also benefited greatly from supportive teachers and professors throughout my education. The universities I attended provided me with valuable resources, mentors, and opportunities that helped shape who I am today and inspired me to continue growing professionally and personally.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women is to understand that not everything will be easy and that obstacles are a natural part of any career journey. When challenges arise, stay focused on your ultimate goal and continue moving forward. Use the resources available to you, including your friends, family, professors, mentors, and professional networks. If one path does not work, find another avenue around the obstacle rather than allowing it to prevent you from reaching your goals.
