Her Story
About Kelly
For the past 15 years, I've dedicated my work to helping adults heal from inner child trauma. As a board-certified hypnotist certified under the National Guild of Hypnotists, I not only practice but also teach, certifying others in hypnosis as one of their instructors. I serve as president of the New York chapter, where I run monthly meetings with speakers for new hypnotists. I'm also a public speaker and three-time published author. My work focuses on helping people understand how their nervous system gets disrupted from childhood trauma and how those memories stay in the subconscious mind, playing on a loop. With my PhD in holistic life counseling and doctorate degree in metaphysical hypnosis, I work with mind, body, and spirit. I use hypnosis to help clients come from a very loving space, surrounding them with spiritual energy before we enter the past so they approach their healing from a place of love and compassion for themselves rather than self-rejection. I walk them through the process of healing emotions they couldn't process as a child because they didn't have the resources then, but they have those resources now through their higher consciousness. The results are usually that after one session, they feel lighter, more connected to themselves, and less anxious. I'm now transitioning to partner with Mae Kame, a registered nurse and former CEO of a big wellness company who runs annual wellness summits for women. Together we're launching the Diamonds and Pearls Alliance, an online virtual library for women by women, covering all aspects of wellness from physical to emotional to spiritual, plus wealth and legal topics. We're carefully vetting all our speakers to ensure they come from a heart of compassion and provide research-based counsel without any sales pitches.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I really want to help women. I came from a life of trauma, and I had to do a lot of work to get where I am today. Usually a good healer is somebody who's actually been through the trauma. I don't tell people you have to do it a certain way, because we're all so unique. But what I will say is, it's really important that women understand they're worthy of the time and effort it takes to focus on their well-being. After working with clients for the past 15 years and witnessing the tears and pain, when they tell me the next day 'I feel so much lighter, you're a gift,' I don't need to hear that. I just want to know they feel better, and I feel better when I help somebody. What's interesting is my partner feels the same way. She's so compassionate, and that's why we're so great together. I'm really looking for the heart of compassion, the wisdom, the knowledge, and letting people know that collectively, as women, we can support other women with our wisdom, our knowledge, our expertise, as the type of people that uplift and help heal and help elevate. I know that collectively, we could really elevate a lot of women. They deserve it.
