What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, balance, and purpose.
As a background investigator, I take my responsibility very seriously because the work directly impacts national security and public trust. Integrity is at the heart of what I do — being thorough, honest, and objective in every investigation is essential to ensuring fairness and accuracy. I also value dedication and accountability, knowing that my attention to detail can make a meaningful difference in the outcome of each case.
At the same time, I believe maintaining a healthy work-life balance is just as important. To be at my best professionally, I need to nurture my personal well-being. I find peace and grounding in simple joys — spending time with my dogs, connecting with family, and creating through my art or caring for my plants. These moments recharge me, helping me stay centered, patient, and mindful in my work.
Ultimately, my goal is to live and work in alignment with my values — doing meaningful work with integrity, while also creating space for the people and things that bring me happiness and balance.
