What do you attribute your success to?
My success is rooted in the mentors and advocates who have supported me throughout my career. I’ve learned how important it is to have champions within your organization and to make your achievements visible. A mentor once told me, “Nobody cares about your career as much as you do,” which pushed me to be intentional about self‑advocacy, celebrating wins, and communicating my goals. I document what I want to achieve, outline the steps to get there, and share that plan with mentors or managers who can help hold me accountable and create opportunities.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be curious, be prepared, and be confident! If you do the first two things well, use that to walk in to any room with confidence no matter your age or gender. Confidence makes a big difference in how you show up and your success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are mentorship, leadership, and balance. I take great pride in guiding and supporting young sales professionals as they develop their skills and grow in their careers. At the same time, I recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy work–life balance, especially after the recent birth of my daughter, and I prioritize my family alongside my professional responsibilities.
