Prior to joining Saxum Real Estate, she held leadership roles with Sage Hospitality Group, Salt Hotels, and Platinum Porter, where she developed expertise in creating memorable customer experiences, launching lifestyle-focused initiatives, and managing operations for high-end hospitality and residential destinations. Her experience working with luxury travelers, resort guests, and multifamily residents has given her a unique perspective on how thoughtful programming and service can strengthen communities and drive business success.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management, Kelsey is passionate about building environments that foster connection, belonging, and engagement.
