Ten minutes with Kelsey
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to maintaining a positive attitude and always trying to find the silver lining or bright side in any situation. Even when things are tough, I look for the lesson involved and try to think about it through a positive or comedic lens, turning bumps in the road into funny stories.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women to stay curious. The amazing thing about my journey has been the ability to really pivot when paths veer or fork in different ways. Staying curious, listening to others, and leaning on people who you trust and value for support and advice has been instrumental in my success and overall happiness. Be aware of what's out there, stay curious about people's journeys, and keep learning every step of the way.
