01What do you attribute your success to?

My hard work and determination, as I'm teaching my kids the value of work and perseverance in the automotive field.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The advice that my smile and positive demeanor can light up a room, combined with being strict about greeting customers warmly within the first 30 seconds, because you never know if it's someone's last day.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do not stop and don't quit, because anything that's broken can be fixed.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges include balancing unexpected family responsibilities like caring for a new grandbaby while saving for a vehicle. Opportunities include the ability to leave AutoZone for other roles like at O'Reilly's at any time due to experience.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In personal life, my kids and my mom are most important. In work, satisfying and peaceful interactions where the customer's always right, because without customers there would be no work.
