What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The medical field can be challenging, especially early in your career, so it’s important to develop resilience and confidence. I encourage young women to have tough skin, maintain a strong backbone, and view criticism as an opportunity for growth rather than a setback. Ask questions, stay curious, and never allow obstacles or doubt to hold you back—keep pushing forward with determination and purpose.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are loyalty, consistency, and transparency. I believe in building trust through reliability and honest communication, and I strive to show up with integrity in everything I do—both professionally and personally.
