About Kendra
Kendra Forsythe is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zmanti, a venture-backed startup focused on women's pelvic health and incontinence products. She has led the company full-time since November 2025, following four years of product development that began during her time at Columbia Business School. Prior to founding Zmanti, Kendra spent four years living and working in the wine industry in Mendoza, Argentina, before returning to the United States where she spent nine years in business development, sales, and marketing roles with wineries, importers, and distributors, ultimately managing all US operations for a winery owned by Argentina's first female winemaker. She earned her undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College in Globalization Studies, which fostered her curiosity about different cultures, and later pursued an MBA at Columbia Business School starting in fall 2019. At Columbia, she and her co-founder pitched their product idea through the Summer Startup Track, winning the pitch competition, which launched their entrepreneurial journey. Kendra is based in Providence, Rhode Island, and actively participates in RIHUB, NEMIC, the Old Girls Club, and the Columbia Business School Alumni Network.
