Kendra Harris is the founder of Kendra Harris.Co and an experienced Online Business Manager known as the Business Doctor of Organization. She partners with high-performing, overwhelmed business owners to streamline operations, optimize backend systems, and build the structure needed to grow without everything depending on them. As a trusted thought partner, Kendra works alongside business owners, speakers, coaches, consultants, and service providers to identify operational gaps, improve processes, manage projects, and turn moving pieces into systems that actually work. Her approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, giving her clients the operational support and ownership they need to reclaim their time, reduce stress, and focus on growth. Kendra also coaches aspiring and established virtual assistants, helping them strengthen their systems, elevate their client experience, and build client-ready businesses rooted in exceptional service.

Kendra Harris has built a career and a life around organizing chaos. Whether managing a classroom, responding to an emergency, running the backend of a business, or raising five kids, she has always been the person who can look at a lot of moving pieces and figure out how they fit together. It is the foundation behind her philosophy, “Where overwhelm ends and organized begins,” and the work she does today as the Business Doctor of Organization.

Before founding Kendra Harris.Co, Kendra spent 15 years as a high school math teacher and coach and also served as a firefighter and rope rescue technician. After leaving education, she entered the online business world as a Virtual Assistant and quickly discovered that her strengths extended far beyond completing tasks. She naturally saw the bigger picture, identified gaps, improved processes, managed projects, and anticipated what needed to happen next. That progression led her into Online Business Management and the work she does today helping business owners create order behind the scenes.

Kendra’s experience across education, emergency services, and entrepreneurship has shaped her approach to both business and life. She is a problem-solver and master organizer who believes structure should create freedom, not more complexity. Give her a mess, a problem, or something that simply does not make sense, and she will start figuring out how to make it work better.

Kendra is also the founder of The 5th Quarter Family, a family travel and experience platform inspired by raising five children and realizing just how quickly the years with them pass. Drawing from her family’s own adventures, she shares unique sports experiences, trips, affordable adventures, and memory-making ideas families may not even realize are out there, helping parents make the most of their time with their kids without overspending or stressing over every detail.

Raised in Fall Creek Falls State Park and rooted in Tennessee, Kendra is a lifelong Tennessee Volunteer, wife, mom of five, lifelong learner, and someone who will probably always believe there is a better way to organize just about anything. Whether she is untangling the backend of a growing business or planning her family’s next adventure, Kendra does what she has always done best: organize the chaos, create space, and help turn overwhelm into what comes next.
