Kendra Karczewski has spent 15 to 20 years in the technology sector, beginning her career at Avaya in phone system technology before transitioning to a trusted advisor role in Chicago for eight and a half years. She later joined an AI company during a non-compete period and co-founded Lumira Tech approximately one and a half years ago, a female-owned company with a strong focus on CX and AI solutions. Karczewski earned a degree in international affairs with an emphasis on South America from the University of Colorado Boulder and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. She holds multiple tech and implementation certifications and has received numerous President's Club awards throughout her career. Notable professional achievements include coordinating 15 vendors to establish the McCormick Place COVID Hospital in just 10 days. Karczewski serves as a board member of the Midwest Contact Center Association, is affiliated with the Work From Home Alliance, and sits on the advisory board for Regal AI. She is also actively involved with Denver Food Rescue.
