Kendra Konitzer
Kendra Konitzer is a dynamic entrepreneur, business consultant, and fractional COO with over 15 years of experience as a business analyst. She is the founder and owner of two thriving ventures: Konitzer Family Travel LLC / Cruise Planners of Valrico, a luxury travel agency, and Konitzer Business Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping small businesses grow and optimize their operations. Kendra’s entry into consulting was inspired by the challenges she faced while managing her travel business. Determined to find better ways to streamline operations and maximize results, she developed a consulting model that allows clients to pay a single fee while receiving comprehensive support, guidance, and tools to improve and expand their businesses. Through this approach, she empowers business owners to focus on growth while providing hands-on instruction and mentorship that bridges strategy and execution.
With a career grounded in business analysis, project management, and operational strategy, Kendra specializes in helping companies transform data, processes, and CRM systems into actionable insights that drive measurable results. She is passionate about equipping entrepreneurs with the knowledge and strategies they need to make informed decisions, scale their operations, and achieve long-term success. Her approach combines analytical rigor with practical, real-world experience, reflecting her belief that business growth is most sustainable when it is guided by clarity, strategy, and actionable support. As a single mother, Kendra takes pride in having successfully put her daughter through college—a milestone that fuels her commitment to helping others reach their goals and feel the fulfillment that comes from professional and personal achievement.
Beyond her professional work, Kendra is an avid traveler, exploring the world with her daughter while embracing new cultures and experiences. She is also a devoted reader, music enthusiast, singer, and aspiring author, actively writing her own book. Kendra believes in the philosophy of “finding something you love to do” and integrates that mindset into both her career and personal life. Whether mentoring clients, running her businesses, or discovering the world, she approaches every endeavor with passion, dedication, and a desire to inspire success in others.
